The developer Square 7 Properties, owned by the Austrian businessman Clemens Petschnikar, announces the acquisition of a land of 30,000 sqm in Mediaş, Aurel Vlaicu area, where the authorization procedures for a new retail project have started.
“We have over 15 years of expertise in the development of retail projects, which we continue to capitalize on in new strategic investments in Romania,” said Clemens Petschnikar, CEO, Square 7 Properties.
In parallel, the Square 7 group continues the investment plan together with the Belgian fund Mitiska REIM and is preparing this summer for the inauguration of the expansion of the retail project in Slatina, as well as the start of a new investment in Giurgiu.
