Square 7 Properties signed a partnership with Mitiska REIM to buy two land plots totalling 30,000 sqm in Giurgiu and Pitesti to be used for the development of two retail parks.
The constructions works for the retail park in Giurgiu will start at the end of this year and will be delivered in 2022. The retail park in Pitesti is to be delivered in 2023. Mitiska is the owner of Intercora and has recently purchased a majority in Alpha Real Estate.
