The St. Augustine Outlets are planning a $7 million interior renovation project with completion expected in mid-summer. The upgrades will include new flooring throughout the 332,000 square foot center as well as new seating areas and interior landscaping. Two new anchor tenants will be included in the upgrade to the State Road 16 site. Clothing store H&M will occupy a 26,153 square foot store and Old Navy will take up 13,124 square feet. Dalpos Architects & Integrators LLC was selected for the remodel design.
