The Stadio Hospitality Concepts (SHC) restaurant group, owned by entrepreneur Radu Dumitrescu, has taken over the Vacamuuu steakhouse, located near Floreasca Square in Bucharest. SHC representatives did not announce the value of the transaction.
“This acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity to expand our gastronomic horizons and also reflects our shared vision to provide every guest with the perfect experience,” says Radu Dumitrescu, CEO of SHC.
SHC Group now owns seven restaurants in Bucharest – NOR, 18 Lounge, Cișmigiu Bistro, the 3 Stadio restaurants (Unirii, Universitate and Herăstrău) and Vacamuu.
Company representatives estimate that by the end of 2023, SHC could reach a turnover of around RON 90 million.
