Star Capital Investments acquired shopping centers Futurum in Ostrava and OC Haná in Olomouc from Bainbridge and Pradera. CBRE represented both sellers in the transaction. The consultancy will manage the building and leasing activities of Futurum Ostrava for the new owner on an exclusive basis. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The 30,000 sqm Futurum opened in May 2000. Haná opened in 2002. The center, managed bz Cushman & Wakefield, offers 9,400 sqm of retail space and was expanded with a retail park component in 2016. The shopping center includes 61 units and 490 parking spaces.
