Starbucks has leased 226 sqm at Półwiejska 2 in Poznań. Colliers International advised during the lease process. The investment is a five-story class A building offering 9,100 sqm of leasable area. “The new premises in the Półwiejska 2 has a lot of potential due to its strategic location in the city center. We hope that this will contribute to the store becoming the favorite meeting place for Poznań citizens,” said Vedran Modric, regional director of operations at Starbucks Poland.
