Starbucks opens 11th cafe on Romanian market

Starbucks is planning to open a new cafe at Hanul lui Manuc in Bucharest. The coffee retailer currently has 11 locations in Romania including eight in Bucharest as well as Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Constanta. The company recently said it intends to open another location in Bucharest’s Pipera district at the Novo Park office building.
Starbucks currently has more than 20,000 coffee shops in 65 countries. It posted a turnover of €7m on the Romanian market, up 20 percent from the previous year.
