Starbucks is opening its first cafe in Eastern Bohemia at the Futurum shopping center in Hradec Králové. The 130 sqm cafe with 60 seats will open in October. The move is in line with Active Retail Asset Management’s strategy to improve the quality of the center’s F&B component. The property manager already expanded the food court offer by adding healthy concepts to the usual mix of Chinese cuisine, McDonald’s and KFC, including UGO Salatéria, Fruitisimo, Bageterie Boulevard and the vegetarian brand vegg-go.
