Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Steven Bronstein has returned to the company as a Senior Director of Retail & Multi-Use Brokerage in the firm’s Miami office. Bronstein’s first stint with the firm came in the 1980s, when he helped establish the firm’s New York Retail Division in which he ultimately became an officer and director. Bronstein has represented world-famous restaurants and retailers such as Eileen Fisher and Jean Louis David in their flagship locations as well as Ben Benson’s Steak House, Laura Ashley and The Gap.
“Steven, as the original founder of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York retail practice, bridged the national and international retail gap, bringing the firm on par with its competitors,” said Larry Richey, Managing Principal and Florida Market Leader. “He will add tremendous value to Cushman & Wakefield’s retail and multi-use operations in Florida as well as representing global retail tenants.”
