Stirling Retail 26 LLC, managed by Yaniv Sananes in Golden Beach, has acquired the Stirling Town Center in Cooper City for $13.5 million. Bought out of foreclosure, the 56,968 square foot retail center is located at 8631 to 8861 Stirling Road. Anchored by Kosher market Aroma Market and Catering other tenants in the scheme include Starbucks, Beef O’Brady’s and a Cold Stone Creamery. The purchase was funded by a $9 million mortgage provided by Branch Banking & Trust Co.
