ECE Projektmanagement Polska named Strabag general contractor for its Zielone Arkady retail project in Bydgoszcz. The company said it expects to launch construction this spring with completion set for the fourth quarter of 2015. Investment costs are expected to hit €150m. The project will add nearly 50,000 sqm of new retail and leisure space to the local market. The mall is currently 30 percent leased.
“Zielone Arkady will be one of the biggest retail malls built by ECE Projektmanagement in Poland to date and the biggest retail project for the city of Bydgoszcz,” said Leszek Sikora, managing director at ECE Projektmanagement Polska.
