Strabag won the bidding for the construction of the first Ikea store in Serbia.
Construction work on the Bubanj Potok site will begin in the next few weeks and the deadline for completion is the summer of 2017.
IKEA will invest €70m in the construction of the new store, that will have over 30,000 sqm of retail space and employ 300 people.
