Strabag will oversee the structural work for the ParkLake shopping center in Bucharest’s Titan district. The project is being developed by Sonae Sierra and Caelum DEvelopment.
“The contract signed with Strabag offers the quality and guarantees for continuous advances of the project’s development within the expected timing,” said Ingo Nissen, managing director at Sonae Sierra.
Set for completion in 2016, the shopping center will offer 70,000 sqm of retail space in more than 200 units. The scheme also includes 2,600 parking spots. More than 70 percent of the retail space has already been leased, according to the developer.
