The Austrians from Supernova have invested EUR 20 million in the expansion of the Jupiter shopping center in Pitești with a retail park. Following the expansion, Supernova Pitești has reached a leasable area of approximately 53,000 sqm, with over 70 tenants and new stores.
The Austrian group Supernova is focused on the development and management of commercial real estate in Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania. The group is also active in Germany, Slovakia and Serbia. The current portfolio includes 77 properties with a gross value of EUR 1.7 billion.
