Polish book retailer Świat Książki will open a store at the Ogrody shopping center in Elbląg, northern Poland. The retailer is taking a 130 sqm unit on the ground floor. The mall was developed in 2002 and went through an extensive refurbishment two years ago. Ogrody offers 42,000 sqm in 130 retail and service units as well as a cinema complex and a three-level car park. CPI Poland is the owner of the center, and Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager.
