Sylwia Piechnik has been appointed head of office leasing at Echo Polska Properties. Piechnik will be responsible for the commercialization and re-commercialization of EPP-owned office properties, including the preparation of leasing strategies, tenant acquisition and lease agreement negotiations. She comes to EPP from HB Reavis Poland where she worked as a senior leasing manager. She has been working in the commercial real estate sector for more than 13 years. Before 2013, she worked at the Polish property developer Yareal Polska in various capacities, including head of leasing and sales. Prior to that, Piechnik was an architect and project manager at ECI Group and also worked for the real estate consulting firm Couderq Binswanger Poland.
