TA Realty has sold the Mirasol Walk retail center in Palm Beach Gardens to Publixs for $47 million. The grocer anchors the 82,375 square foot shopping center which was built in 2004 on a 22 acre site. The asset was 99 percent leased at the time of the sale with national tenants including Walgreens, Bank of America, SunTrust, Starbucks, GNC and Orange Theory Fitness. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller which bought the asset in 2010 for $26.7 million. Located at 1210 North Jog Road, the scheme changed hands for just over $570 per square foot.
