Bridges Development Group signed a 50,000 sq ft lease with Target. The retail giant is planning to open a small-format store in Brooklyn’s East Flatbush neighborhood at Kings Highway and Utica Avenue. Bridges Development Group intends to tear down the closed auto mall currently located at the site and develop 75,000 sq ft of new retail space, most of which will go to Target.
