Targu Jiu Shopping City has officially opened. The shopping center has a leasable area of 27,000 sqm and underground parking for 800 cars. Targu Jiu Shopping City is Gorj county’s first retail project of its kind. Construction, completed Oct. 16, took only 11 months. The ground floor features a 6,500 sqm entertainment center, which includes a casino, bowling alley and terrace. NEPI invested €30m in the project. Tenants include Carrefour, H&M, DM, Takko, Altex, Flanco and Benvenuti. Optim Project Management oversaw construction.
