The Berlin-based property management company Tattersall Lorenz has been retained by a southern German asset manager to carry out property management of a primarily retail portfolio of properties. This includes both commercial property management and accounting of the 34 assets located across the country. In all, the properties have a total lettable area of around 72,000 square meters, with notable tenants including Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Penny, Rewe and Rossmannn. In accepting this instruction, Tattersall Lorenz is significantly broadening its competence in the retail segment. The company now manages 105 retail properties, with a total lettable area of 541,000 square meters. Tattersall Lorenz is currently responsible for the property management of 468 assets, with a total lettable area of about 4.2 million square metres. They include office and retail properties, as well as hotels and light industrial investments.
