Work on what’s seen as one of most unique investment within Warsaw’s retail market, Hala Koszyki, are set to complete in September. Griffin Real Estate representatives said it expects final installations and fit outs to begin in June, and that the space will be handed over to tenants at the end of summer. JEMS Architekci provided the design, while Medus Studia was chosen as the interior designer.
Anchored by the Polish chain Piotr i Paweł, the investment is a renovation of a historic market building on Koszykowa street. The project will offer eighteen independent restaurant concepts along with a dozen other stores and a drugstore. The project is nearly fully-leased, with the last three agreements set to close in the near-term. The project will offer 200 parking places along with 600 sqm public city square situated in the center.
