TeraPlast has received approval from the Competition Council to sell the carpentry profiles business line to Dynamic Selling Group, a manufacturer and distributor of thermal insulation joinery profiles. The transaction price is estimated at EUR 4.5 million.
The carpentry profiles represented EUR 9 million of TeraPlast’s turnover in the first nine months of 2020. The distribution network of this business line includes over 200 customers, manufacturers of thermal insulation carpentry as well as the company TeraPlast Hungary.
