The Zacaria Group, the largest developer of logistics spaces in Sibiu, is investing EUR 11 million in a retail park in Cisnadie, which will open next year. The new retail park will be developed on the land of the former Cisnadie carpet factory, on a total area of 11,500 sqm.
Demolition and conversion works are currently underway, and the opening is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
Last year, Zacaria sold four logistics parks to the CTP developer, in a transaction estimated at over EUR 50 million. Zacaria is part of the international group Alf Mizzi & Sons, which was founded in Malta in 1915.
