The offer of Galeria Amber, managed by EPP, was strengthened by four new tenants. Among them were iSpot, Burger King and Klockolandia, which debuted in Kalisz. Monnari has also joined their ranks. The new agreements covered a total area of almost 600 sqm. The centre’s offer will soon be complemented by the Rituals and Silver Dragon brands, expanding the beauty and gastronomic categories of the shopping centre. In addition, the food court of the Kalisz shopping centre has been refreshed, acquiring a new industrial atmosphere, and almost 100 additional seats have been made available to customers.
“We are constantly developing Galeria Amber’s offer, both in terms of the commercial offer and the common areas of the shopping centre. We are establishing cooperation with interesting brands, often debuting on the local market. We are also making architectural and arrangement changes to meet customers’ expectations, such as refreshing and enlarging the catering area, thanks to which we have gained 100 new seats. These allow us to handle the increased traffic in the food court area. In this way, we are continuously strengthening the attractiveness and position of the facility in the region,” comments Joanna Dudzic, Asset Manager at EPP.
The centre’s proposal has recently been supplemented by brands from several segments. New tenants include the iSpot store, the official sales partner of Apple hardware, Monnari with an offer of clothing for women allowing them to express their individual style, and Klockolandia, whose range includes Lego sets. They will soon be joined by the Rituals brand, famous for its body and bath care products, perfumes or exclusive home fragrances.
The food court in Galeria Amber is one of the most popular meeting places for the inhabitants of Kalisz and the surrounding area. In order to offer them even greater accessibility and comfort in using this zone, it was modernised. The changes implemented resulted in almost 100 additional seats. Modular tables were introduced, which can easily be joined or pulled apart to suit the needs of larger groups – families or friends – as well as individuals. The combination of corrugated sheet metal with wood and anthracite mesh has given the interior a modern, industrial look. The space was also supplemented with additional lighting in warm colours, and vegetation in pots replaced with climbing plants mounted on a wooden structure. The ramp for pushchairs has also been upgraded. The space was designed by EPP’s in-house architects department.
In the refreshed food court, customers can find a wide selection of restaurants including the recently opened Burger King, Olympus, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald’s, Berlin Döner Kebap. Silver Dragon, serving aromatic Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai cuisine, will also open its outlet soon.
