Fashion House Outlet Centre Bucharest signed three new tenants. Sport Vision will occupy a 375 sqm corner unit, while shoe retailer R&R Boutique will open a 144 sqm unit, and Issimo Home took 78 sqm. Tom Tailor, meanwhile, signed on for an additional 173 sqm of retail space at the outlet center, increasing its sales area to 320 sqm.
Opened in 2008, the Fashion House Outlet Centre within West Park Retail is the first outlet center in Romania. It was developed by FASHION HOUSE Group, part of Liebrecht&wooD Group. The tenant mix includes such brands as Puma, Adidas, US Polo, Champion, Stefanel and Mango.
