Tilton Properties has purchased the Shaw’s Plaza retail center for $11.2 million. Trading for just under $125 per sq ft, the property is located at the intersection of Interstate 93 and Route 140 in Tilton, New Hampshire. The property will be managed and leased by Winslow Property Management, an affiliate of Katz Properties. CBRE represented the seller, which is an entity controlled by Hoffman Investment Partners.
“The center represents a significant value add opportunity through re-leasing the former Shaw’s box. Its prime location, combined with it being the only multi-tenanted property in the market with direct frontage and accessibility along Route 11, ideally positions the center for lease-up in the near term.” stated Jeffrey Dunn, CBRE.
