The re-commercialization process is moving forward on Galeria Tarnovia, with TK
Development having already filled nearly 70 percent of space at the facility. The most recent lease agreements were signed with Pepco and Centro and they both concern space on the mall’s first floor. Both companies are scheduled to move into the shopping mall by the end of the summer. Pepco, a nationwide network of discount stores, agreed to take 343 sqm of space int he mall and has taken over the space. Centro still has to open its 346 store, which will be its first in the city of Tarnów.
