TK Development has offloaded two of its Polish retail assets: the Galeria Tarnovia mall and an ongoing project in Jelenia Góra. The sales reportedly totalled $95m in a deal that gave the American buyers a 70 percent stake in the malls. The deal is expected to close this August.
Delivered in 2009 in the city of Tarnów, Galeria Tarnovia offers 16,500 sqm of retail space, while the mall in Jelenia Góra is expected to provide 24,000 sqm of space by 2015. Construction on the Jelenia Góra project us scheduled to begin next year.
