UK brand TK Maxx has leased 2,000 sqm of space at Galeria Amber in Kalisz. The shopping mall was opened in 2014 and offers 35,000 sqm of leasable space. “We try to listen to the needs of both our tenants and customers. TK Maxx is a brand that was long awaited by the inhabitants of Kalisz and its surroundings. The offer excellently supplements Galeria Amber’s already diversified and rich offer,” said Marta Kusiak, asset manager at EPP, which owns and manages the center. The mall has a food court, a seven-screen Helios movie theater, a fitness club, a hypermarket as well as a car park with 1,000 parking spots.
