TLG Immobilien has acquired a retail center in Berlin’s Adlershof District from Waypoint Real Estate, an SPV. The purchase price is €30.8m. TLG Immobiien will transfer the property, which was completed in 2006 into its portfolio at the end of January 2015. It’s located at Adlergestell street and offers 33,450 sqm of leasable area (plus 542 parking spaces). The anchor tenants are the home improvement chain Obi and furniture chain Poco Domäne. The transaction was brokered by Savills.
