The Massachusetts-based real estate investment firm and operator, Calare Properties, has announced that Todd Barclay has joined the senior management team as Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management. In his new role, Barclay will focus on analyzing new investment opportunities for the firm, as well as working closely with the team to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Calare, Barclay served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at KS Partners and was a portfolio manager at New Boston Fund. Barclay has a BS in finance from the University of Richmond, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Masters in finance from Boston College. He is also actively involved within the industry with NAIOP, REFA, and ULI.
