Plaza Centers N.V. has finalized its €70m sale of Toruń Plaza. The shopping and entertainment center in Toruń, northern Poland was acquired by a private investment fund. Colliers International and JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Toruń Plaza offers 40,000 sqm of GLA and is one of the largest retail schemes in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province. Developed by Plaza Centers N.V. and opened in 2011, Toruń Plaza features 120 shops.
