Icon Management, a management firm that specializes in golf courses and restaurants, has hired Tosh Tricas as vice president of community management. In his new role Tricas will be in charge of community managers in the western and central Florida regions. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Tricas spent nearly 12 years with with the Community Associations Institute, where he has held three managerial designations. “Tosh brings knowledge gained from over two and a half decades of property management and is perfectly suited to take on the challenge of developing the community management division’s roles and responsibilities,” said Icon Principal Dennis Colletti.
