The insolvency proceedings of the PIETRO FILIPI clothing group continue with the monetization of assets. Insolvency administrator Lukáš Vlašaný, in cooperation with creditors, launched a resale of a set of trademarks. The sale was commissioned by GAUTE.
As part of the insolvency proceedings of the PIETRO FILIPI clothing group, the sale of a set of three word marks PIETRO FILIPI from the property of pietro filipi, s.r.o. a pietro filipi stores, s.r.o. The sale is organized by GAUTE, a.s., which in the past also sold the trademarks of the Prostějov Clothing Company and will be implemented through a three-round tender on the company’s portal www.verejnedrazby.cz.
All three marks were valued by an expert at CZK 31.25 million and the minimum required purchase price is CZK 13.7 million. Petr Charvát from GAUTE stated that the final, third round of the tender will take place in the form of an electronic auction on April 7, 2022, with the participation of two bidders who submit the highest bids in the second round of the tender. According to the insolvency administrator Lukáš Vlašaný, the winning bid must subsequently be approved by the creditor authorities and the insolvency administrator.
