Transcosmos has leased 850 sqm at Centrum Franowo on Szwedzka Street in Poznań. Savills represented the tenant during the lease process. The Japanese company is planning to expand and turn its Poznań operating center into one of its key global outsourcing hubs in the coming years, adding up to 500 jobs in the city. Centrum Franowo is a mixed-use two-floor building which was completed in 2017. The BREEAM Excellent property features a shopping center on the ground floor and 8,400 sqm of office space on the first floor.
