Trei Real Estate has opened another Vendo Park in the Czech Republic in Vlašim. “We began construction this June, and just five months later we are in a position to hand over our eleventh Vendo Park to the tenants,” says Pepijn Morshuis, managing director of Trei Real Estate. “Our successful concept is based on a balanced mix of national and international trading companies in combination with a busy food retailer.” The subsidiary of Tengelmann Group already operates retail parks under the Vedno Park brand in Czech regional cities, including Jablonec nad Nisou, Kyjov, Mohelnice and Roudnice nad Labem. In addition, there are three locations in Poland and Slovakia. The new retail park in Vlašim, a town of 11,700, offers 2,400 sqm of retail space and a parking for 50 cars. It was fully leased before opening to tenants like dm, Sportisimo, Deichmann, Super Zoo, Pepco and Wiky. Trei Real Estate built the retail park next to an existing Tesco supermarket.
