Trei Real Estate has opened its tenth Vendo Park in the Czech Republic and Slovak area following an investment of €2.6m. The retail park was already fully pre-leased when construction began in Mnichovo Hradiště, northeast of Prague, and managed to open on schedule despite complications caused by the coronavirus. Tenants in the new park are Planeo Eletro, dm, Super Zoo and Pepco and the new center is located next to an existing Penny Market that also belongs to Trei. Together, the two properties offer 3,330 sqm of GLA, of which 1,800 sqm is the new Vendo Park. In all, the shopping zone represents an investment of €4.1m. Trei Real Estate’s Czech portfolio includes retail parks in Jablonec nad Nisou, Kyov, Mohelnice, Roundnice nad Labem and in Vlašim.
