Trei Real Estate opened its ninth Vendo Park in Poland. The retail park is located in Chodzież, approximately 70 km north of Poznań, and offers 4,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Media Expert, KiK, Martes Sport, 4F and Pepco. The investment cost €5.7m. Trei Real Estate opened its first Vendo Park in Poland in 2013 in Nysa. The company also operates retail parks in Chełm, Milanówek, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Skierniewice, Łódź, Świdnica and Dąbrowa Górnicza.
