Trei Real Estate GmbH, a property development and portfolio manager for residential and commercial properties operating across Europe, has opened a retail park in Dąbrowa Górnicza, southern Poland. The property was developed by Trei and is to remain in the company’s portfolio on a long-term basis. The retail park will be operated under the Vendo Park brand. Trei invested a total of €9.2m in the property which has a total rental space of 7,255 sqm. Tenants include Biedronka, KiK, Hebe, Jysk and Martes Sport.
