183 Capital, LLC, an affiliate of Triarch Capital Group, has picked up a retail plaza in Miami Gardens in a $2.9 million transaction. Located on NW 2nd Avenue, the single story 7,300 sqf center draws from the North Miami-Dade neighborhoods such as North Miami, Aventura, Miami Gardens, and North Miami Beach. Colliers International Vice President Ivo Tsinev represented the seller, AS Ventures and Axiom Capital Advisors, while Roberto Susi represented the buyer. The property was 100-percent leased at the time of the sale. “This property offered the buyer an opportunity to own a piece of the future of Miami Gardens,” noted Tsinev. “This is a fully-occupied, income-producing asset in a neighborhood that is poised for growth in the near future of Miami, and points to growing interest in the submarket as the area welcomes new developments.”
