TriGranit secured a €193m refinancing loan from ING Bank Śląski S.A. and ING Bank N.V. for its Bonarka City Center project in Kraków. The developer completed the project in 2009, adding 91,000 sqm of space in 230 retail and service units to the local market. Tenants include Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Media Expert and Poland’s biggest Cinema City multiplex. The project includes 3,200 parking places as well as an educational center, Siemacha Spot, which is equipped with multifunctional rooms.
