Triuva purchases highstreet property in Berlin

Triuva has acquired a retail and office property of around 8,500 sqm in Berlin. The seller of the property is Real I.S. in Munich for the Bayernfonds Berlin Hofgarten. The property is located in the Friedrichstraße, a prime area in Berlin. The Swedish clothing retail company H&M is the anchor tenant of the building. The property, which was constructed in 1996, was designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Kollhoff Architekten as part of the ensemble “Hofgarten am Gendarmenmarkt.” Triuva received legal advice on the transaction from the law firm GSK Stockmann + Kollegen. Technical consulting was provided by URS Deutschland GmbH. Savills Immobilien assisted Real I.S. as part of an exclusive sales mandate.
