Two new tenants signed on at the Galerie Neustädter Tor shopping center in Giessen. The center also recently signed a lease expansion. The three deals total 5,000 sqm of space. Fitness provider FitX signed a lease on 2,500 sqm of space. Woolworth took 1,300 sqm, while Bastler Zentrale is expanding its area at the center by 1,000 sqm. Prelios Immobilien Management oversees the center’s leasing and management.
