Unicorp National Development purchased 21 acres of raw land from Consolidated-Tomoka Land Company for $6.7m or just over $319,000 per acre. The transaction included Unicorp’s assumption of an existing contract with a different third party for the sale of approximately 2 acres, which were included in the 21 acres. Consolidated-Tomoka also agreed to sell two additional tracts of land to Unicorp: a 101-acre parcel for $9.5m and 14 acres for $3.8m, which equates to approximately $277,000 per acre.
