SCDM Unirea Shopping Center SA, which owns two shopping centers in Bucharest and Brasov, posted turnover of RON 56.4m for the first nine months of the year. The group’s profit also increased by 24 percent y-o-y to RON 2.9m. Unirea Shopping Center is owned by the Adamescu family through Nova Group Investments Romania, which controls a 74-percent stake in the company. The group is listed on the RASDAQ market with a value of RON 166.7m.
