The Unirea Shopping Centers in Bucharest and Brasov are set to expand their entertainment areas. The Bucharest center will expand its space by 1,200 sqm on the ground floor by relocating some stores. H&M is also scheduled to open a Home store in the second floor. The shopping center posted a turnover of €17m last year, down 9 percent from 2012. The center offers approximately 83,900 sqm. The Brasov shopping center opened in 2008 and offers 42,000 sqm of space over four floors. Its entertainment center and food court is located on the third floor.
