Developer Urban Muse has closed on the disposition of two commercial condominiums at the base of 347 Bowery for $20.3 million. The retail space in the 13-story building occupies 8,439 sqf of the building on the lower level of the building and the first two floors. The mixed use asset, designed by Annabelle Selldorf, includes five residential condos, four duplexes and a penthouse triplex. One unit is currently on the market with Compass at $7.8 million. The buyer, 347 Bowery Commercial Holdings LLC, is managed by Eli Goldstein. RKF’s Brian Segall marketed the retail space.
