American retailer Urban Outfitters has leased 860 sqm at Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. This is the company’s first Central European store. Elektrownia Powiśle is a 54,000 sqm mixed-use project situated along the Vistula River. The development includes 18,000 sqm of retail, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as 22,000 sqm of office space, 90 residential apartments and a 160-bed boutique hotel. The complex was acquired by White Star Real Estate and European Property Investors Special Opportunities, a fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners, in November 2015. C&W and JLL are the leasing agents for Elektrownia Powiśle.
