The company Rebuild Miami-Edgewater has purchased a 7.4 acre lot from BDB Miami for $64 million. BDB Miami facilitated the transaction by granting the buyer a $34 million mortgage. The lot is located at the corner of Northeast Second Avenue and 17th Street the transaction was handled by CBRE. BDB Miami had previously planned a large retail development called Bayview Market a 550,000 square foot big box retail center but construction was never started.
