Valad has signed three leases contracts in the A1 Business Park totaling approximately 2,500 sqm and two lease contracts at the Domnesti Business Park totaling 1,000 sqm. At the same time, the property company announced the 3-year renewal at A1 Business Park by Cummins.
The global designer and manufacturer of diesel engines occupies 1,249 sqm of space. Finally, Sanitech System and the local cleaning services company Servicii, Curatenie, Rapiditate have also concluded leases at the center.
Meanwhile, Europart and D&L Automotive signed up for 776 sqm of office and warehouse space, while D&L Auomotive extended its offices by an additional 200 sqm.
